Camphor, eucalyptus and peppermint are three essential oils that are used in complementary and alternative medicine to treat a variety of ailments and conditions. Using a nasal inhaler is a very effective way to take in the benefits of those precious oils. Hold the inhaler just below your nose and slowly inhale. Count slowly to 5 as you inhale.  What this does is help your body to absorb and utilize the essential oil.
